How to Reset a Forgotten Password

  1. Go to the Helium login page and click Forgot your Password?
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox for the reset link
  4. Follow the instructions to create a new password

Changing Your Password While Logged In

  1. Open Settings → Change Password
  2. Enter your Current password
  3. Enter your New password
  4. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm password field
  5. Click Save

Setting a Password for the First Time (OAuth Accounts)

If you signed up with Google, Apple, or Microsoft and have never set a Helium password, open Settings → Set Password. The “Current password” field won’t appear — just enter and confirm your new password and click Save.

Once set, you can sign in with either your email and password or your linked provider.

Troubleshooting

  • If you don’t see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder
  • Try searching your inbox for “Helium” or “password reset”

Helium Classic

In Helium Classic, the password reset option works the same way, but in a different location. The logged-in password change option is no longer available in Helium Classic.

Helium Classic will remain available until July 31, 2026.
